EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL: The customer may withdraw at any time before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, cancellation of the order will not be accepted. We will also not return the amount if the product is considered abandoned by the customer.

 

ADDRESS FILLED WRONG / EXCEEDING TAX PAYMENT DEADLINE

We are very sorry for what happened, but unfortunately ByKorea is not responsible on this occasion.

The order that is being returned takes around 6 months, sometimes even longer, to return to South Korea. Due to the return, we at ByKorea need to pay a fine to the carrier and discard the products. We cannot send a product that has been traveling for so long to another customer.

In this case, we recommend that the customer contact the Post Office in Brazil URGENTLY, especially going to the Post Office in their neighborhood, as soon as possible, in order to try to recover their order.

ByKorea does not have access to the Brazilian Post Office system and also does not act in this product return process.

If the problem cannot be resolved at the post office, the package will be returned to South Korea and if agreed with the customer, we will resend the package but a new FEE FOR RESENDING may be charged.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MISSING PRODUCT

We are sorry for what happened, and we will help you as best we can. Contact us via WhatsApp (+82-10-7583-0887), email (bykorea.contato@gmail.com) or social media within 7 days of purchase and send your order number with a photo of the products who went to your house. After verification and evaluation, we will talk to find the best way. Normally the customer can choose to receive:

· Money refund 

· Receive the same product

· Purchase voucher worth the value of the item

·Exchange for another item of the same value (Product exceeds the purchase price, the difference in values ​​between the products will be compared, the customer will be able to choose to pay the difference.) 

* IN THE EVENT OF BREAKAGE AT THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT, AFTER SENT TO THE TESTING SECTOR AND IDENTIFIED, BYKOREA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE! *

* Unfortunately, we will not accept returns if the seal on the product(s) has been broken.

 

LOSS

We ask that you contact us through our customer service channels if you suspect that your order has been lost. It can be identified in two ways:

1.⁠ ⁠It has been 25 business days after shipping and the order tracking has no recent updates. It is possible that the post office delayed delivery, but please contact us to check the delay. Our customer service team will be able to clarify whether the delay is as expected (due to a strike) or whether there is something wrong.


2.⁠ ⁠When tracking, “object not located in postal flow” will appear. This means that the order was indeed lost.

Depending on the situation, we will open a complaint as a company with the Post Office and carry out mediation. We ask that you contact us first before speaking to the post office.
