In mid-March, Jeju Cherry Blossoms announce the arrival of spring by decorating the streets of Jeju with their flowers. Jeju Cherry Blossom leaves are responsibly sourced on Jeju Island, South Korea. The leaves are harvested and dried, after which they are aged for three weeks in lava sea water at an ideal temperature of 3, 9°C.
